Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order you have made. Once your order has been shipped, an email including tracking information will be sent to you with an estimated delivery date.
If you have not recieved your order within 7 days after you have recieved the shipping email, please contact us by emailing info@inqlude.store and someone from the team will get back to you swiftly.
We accept refunds as long as its requested 14 days from receiving your order.
Return shipping costs must be paid for by the customers or will be deducted from the final refund.
In the rare event that you recieve an item that is not in pristine condition, please contact us urgently on info@inqlude.store before sending the product back to us. We will not accept any returns with damages without being notified beforehand.
